About
I am a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with a passion for helping individuals unlock their leadership potential, navigate challenges, and grow both personally and professionally. With 42 years of experience in the federal government, specializing in Leadership, Human Resources, and Labor & Employee Relations, I have worked nationally with professionals across various lines-of-business, equipping them with the tools to lead with confidence, resolve conflicts, and achieve their career and personal growth goals.
Leadership & Mentorship
In addition to my leadership experience, I serve as a national mentor in the federal government, guiding and developing future leaders across the country in various agencies. My role as a mentor has allowed me to impact professionals at all levels, helping them navigate career growth, leadership challenges, and personal development.
I am also pursuing my doctorate in Strategic Leadership, further strengthening my ability to develop leaders, drive organizational success, and empower individuals to lead with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
My experience in mentorship, training, and organizational leadership throughout the United States has allowed me to work with diverse individuals, from executives and managers to emerging leaders. I understand the unique challenges professionals face in leadership, workplace dynamics, and personal development, and I provide practical, results-driven coaching tailored to their needs.
Education & Faith-Based Leadership
Beyond my professional background, teaching and lifelong learning are core to who I am. I am a dedicated educator and mentor who homeschooled my children from kindergarten through college, instilling in them the values of discipline, resilience, and personal excellence. This experience further shaped my ability to motivate, guide, and empower individuals to reach their highest potential.
Faith and resilience also define my journey. I am a recent quadruple bypass survivor, a Sunday School teacher, and a leader of a virtual woman’s international faith-based connection group as well as in-person connection groups in both New York and Georgia. These experiences have deepened my commitment to helping others step boldly into their calling, overcome obstacles, and lead with confidence, clarity, and conviction. I believe that true leadership is about serving others, walking in purpose, and growing in wisdom.
